Direct To Anything Epoxy Kit
"DTA" (Direct to Anything) epoxy primer sealer is formulated to adhere to a wide range of substrates, including aluminum, steel, carbon fiber, and glass, without the need for an additional etch primer. With its exceptional adhesion—it sticks to virtually anything! By incorporating a unique resin, Tamco ensures excellent adhesion to these diverse materials, simplifying the priming process and enhancing overall performance. This means you can achieve strong adhesion and corrosion resistance across multiple surfaces with just one product, streamlining your workflow and delivering consistent, reliable results.
Beyond its outstanding adhesion, "DTA" offers top-notch corrosion resistance, along with rust encapsulator technology providing added protection against rust and other forms of corrosion. This technology is specifically engineered to adhere to and bond with corroded substrates, forming a permanent barrier that prevents oxygen from interacting with the iron surface, thereby eliminating the potential for oxide or rust formation. While it's not recommended to apply this primer over heavy rust, it has demonstrated the ability to withstand harsh conditions.
One of the standout features of "DTA" is its ability to be re-coated or top-coated within 14 days. This flexibility makes it ideal for long-term restoration projects where the vehicle may need to remain in primer for extended periods. Its ultra-smooth spray ability ensures a professional sealer type finish making this Epoxy a multi use.
